The location was very convenient and the room was spacious and clean. I did not take breakfast. I would like to specially thank the receptionists who were very courteous and helpful. Mr. Shivam (the bellboy I presume) was very helpful and his assistance is greatly appreciated and the lady and all the gentlemen at the Reception were very courteous and pleasant. Mr. Muhiyaddin (Room Boy) was also very courteous and always with a smile and ensuring that everything is okay in the room, makes our stay at Ramada a pleasant experience.

I requested for a measuring scale to weigh my baggage but I never received it. It was supposed to have been taken by another room. So I cant blame the staff but the hotel should have more than one.

Very bad experience front desk staff behavior was very bad I will very book it again. My booking was confirmed and front desk staff was saying we don't have rooms available after the argument he said we have but u have pay me more and cancel your booking from booking.com when I ask him what I have mention in reason he said say u didn't reached at hotel.

I didn’t like it , it was a bad experience and in their website they mentioned that there is 3 restaurants but what I found that there is only one , the food experience was very average and the staff professionalism was very poor , and the hotel is very far from every thing and the pool wasn’t clean and the AC in some rooms can’t be turned off.
