- The service was top notch. Everyone was super attentive, friendly and helpful. I felt really cared for - The location couldn’t be better if you want to stay around Lagoa - The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Lots of choices, very flexible - The restaurant food was great as well, and they were very accommodating - Beautiful setting and beautiful hotel

I know it’s part of the charm, but a few things could be updated inside the rooms and bathrooms. It felt quite old, cracked/broken and dusty

The front desk team was very nice, ubication was good near to a Pao Do Azucar, and OXXO, the room was very thigh the beds but comfortable big window, and very fresh, places to eat were small but it was coussy. Enough for me just 1 night, I saw they had BREAKFAST like buffet I couldn't stay until the morning. And reception 24 hrs available thats good!

The bathroom 2nd floor was out of order, and the one at first floor, you could find 1 toilet with one shower and the other just 1 toilet, but i didnt like to brush my teeth outside i mean the sink is in the middle of an aisle, but well small area, nothing else beside that.

Location was superb in front of the beach, breakfast I did not try because always went out, the room I like big bathroom and clean, kitchen was nice also, lobby very comfortable also. And make sure to enjoy the rooftop i did not enjoy it to much because of the time.

Clean quite room in a very good condition, friendly and professional stuff. The breakfast was very good. Close to SDU airport, metro, downtown. Hotel has a great view at the city, the bay and the mountains from the rooftop, which also has a pool.

Downtown Rio feels very dangerous. The street is full of hotels next to each other, but not maintained at all.

The rooftop is amazing (smoker's area) - several plants, peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast has great variety for any taste.

Rooms are very simple and don't have cups for water. There were spiderwebs on the upper part of the bathroom door. The material of the wardrobe was deteriorated due to humidity. The bathroom ventilation is stinky and noisy, hairdryer had not enough power for drying, almost as if a 220V item was plugged into 127V.
