Excellent service from airport pickup to checkout. Was generous enough to give us extra hour at check out. Room reasonable size. Plenty of outlets. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. Staff welcoming and quick to help. Wifi good. Room service quick and reasonable. Light switches a bit confusing. One turned off bedside outlets and bathroom. Hotel was full so catching an elevator took a while at key times.

Didn't have separate switches to turn off bathroom lights from bedside lights. Pool music a bit loud if you had a room right over it.

Clean rooms and friendly staffs. Heard they recently renovated the hotels so I can’t really say what it was before but from my experience it’s worth the price. The place is also near Discovery Mall in Kuta so it’s easy to find foods late at night

The villa was as lovely as the pictures, staff were very friendly and waiting on our arrival and airport transfer was so easy to arrange. 10/10 villa we were sad to leave.

Amazing location in Seminyak with the most beautiful gardens. Feels like Ubud but walking distance to everything in Seminyak. Staff were so friendly.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room seemed clean. I had my own fridge for drinks and a TV. The AC was also pretty quiet.

The shower didn't have a curtain, so when I showered, the floor got wet. The location is not perfect but located between kuta and uluwatu. So a great connection!

No face or hand towels in bathroom. Only 2 bath towels so had to dry face and hands on them. Need to improve on this The TV that doesn't turn off is terrible, a very BAD idea. Right in your face as you are sleeping. Was quite uncomfortable. Did not like. Atleast provide a way to cover it up.

The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. The room could have a kettle (which we have always seen in all the other hotels in Bali). The rest was good.
