Breakfast was basic, toast with jam and Nutella, tea and coffee, but very efficient. Bed were nice and having you own space can be comforting with all the hostels

Staff was not helpful but very annoyed by any question asked. The social area during my time there was very empty and no hikes were organized as in other hostels.

We arrived very late, so we could take a shuttle to the hotel. The staff was very kind and even served us breakfast in the morning.

There were tons of towels and blankets packed beside our room door, maybe there was the storage but it was still in the hall of the rooms. The room was so small that we couldn't open our luggage properly. There was no place to eat breakfast they gave us, or at least they didn't inform us. There were a few chairs and someone gave us a chair to have a seat, otherwise we would eat our food standing.

breakfast is so so, not too many variations for 4/5 star hotel/apartment. also i dont understand why waiter in timur resto couldnt charge my breakfast to my room.

Some showers are only hot or cold, after I found out that there are more modern ones as well, I just used those.

Not feeling welcoming. Front staff not smiling at all. My body feel itchy while sleeping in the bed and the bed sheet got hole and not so clean. Tv remote control not working.

The room on the right side downstairs was not okey. The toilet is not cement with wall concrete, it just attached with glass wall and it's always leaking when someone using the toilet to take a bath. Bidet was so short. The staff was not friendly at all, she didnt smile at all, seems like she was forced to work there.
