My girlfriend and I loved everything about the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic. The room was quiet, it was clean, bathroom had everything you needed, there was a bathtub, tissues, toilet paper, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo. The room was amazing, the bed was huge, very comfortable and clean. There is a nespresso machine with 4 capsules, and 4 different types of tea that you can make yourself, there was a working fridge, a laundry bag, a telephone that connects you to the hotel staff, a big screen TV. The design of the room was amazing, we loved and enjoyed our stay. there was also a sauna and a gym as well for the hotel guests. we will be coming back to the hotel every time we visit Warsaw. the location is super great and very convenient, there is a tram way stop as well as bus stops where busses and trams come very often.

The TV only had polish channels, there was no possibility of using YouTube for example, or other streaming services.

In the heart of the Old Town (although this does have its downsides). Spacious apartment.Other residents and guests in the building are very quiet. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Lots of closet space..Grocery stores and restaurants are right downstairs-everything you need plus historic sites are very close! Local manager and Booking.com worked with us to get a partial refund when apartments were switched.

Being right on Dlugi Targ can be very noisy late at night, especially on holidays and weekends. Floor tile is broken in a few places. Bathroom vanity has water damage. Decor is dark and dated. Couch uncomfortable. For an unknown reason we didn't get to stay in the bright, cheery apartment for which we had a confirmed reservation (Dlugi Targ 22/23) and instead were given Dlugi Targ 59/61. If I return to Gdansk I will stay a street or two to the north where it is much quieter.

Newly and tastefully furnished apartment in the nice location with mountain views from the balcony. Really easy to checking with electronic code - basically never used the keys during our stay. Fresh linen, well equipped kitchen, parking spot provided. Possibility to use hot tub, sauna and firepit by the small river.

Since it's an apartment is located in the block of 5, we never got to use the sauna and jacuzzi, as other residents were taking those up each evening, I would suggest, that some kind of prior reservation system should be in place, so all residents would have an access. Rooms are smaller than in the pictures, so 6 people felt a little bit tight in the apartment and the stairs to the upper floor are rather steep. Although new, some things like the door know to bathroom was already breaking of, so one of the friends got annoyed and fixed it with the tools from the car. I would also suggest the hosts to wash the balconies, as those there under layer of dust, as well as add seating to the balconies, not only the table.

I like the way of communication. I received the whole information in advance. Apartment located in the hart of the city. We had welcome water and sweets. Plus in apartment exist coffee and tea.

Very good location, just by the tram tracks, but there was very little traffic noise coming in. Clean apartment.

The AC was broken (we checked the error code - it was not possible to easily fix it). Sofa was super uncomfortable, and the bed sheet was way to narrow for it, so it was constantly slipping off. To use Netflix we had to log in with our own account, so I don't see why would they advertise it in the photos.

We bought the most expensive type of stay (3 meals) and it turned out we had only coffee and tea during the meal time. All drinks were extra paid (we thought drinks would be included paying 280 euro per 1 night - 1300 PLN/1 night). no oxygen in the room, the air was stuffy. The service guy checked the room and said it was OK, there is nothing to be fixed. There was no air conditioning, it was 27 degrees in the room and it was impossible to cool it down. we had to open the balcony three times a night to let in oxygen, otherwise we could not fall asleep. When my husband wanted to buy something to drink at 3 a.m., we were told that everything was closed and we had to wait until breakfast. In a hotel that prides itself on its standard and reputation, this is a scandal - you have to sit dehydrated and wait until the morning. 2 out of 4 elevators don't work - someone will say that I'm nitpicking details, but waiting 10 times a day for an elevator that never comes is irritating. We travel abroad a lot and we have a wide comparison with my husband, in hotels abroad there is culture and a dress code for dinner, here people wear T-shirts as if they were on the beach. An ordinary canteen where the waiters do not care about the guests and do not offer anything to drink. I had high hopes for Tropicana, thinking it would be a spa zone, lots of peace and relaxation only for hotel guests. it turned out that every random guy on the street came in and it was just an ordinary, crowded swimming pool, no different from the city one. For so much money we expected great wooow and luxury, even water was extra paid, no attractions, boredom, now my husband and I realized that this hotel is a misunderstanding, for this price we would have had a great all-inclusive stay for a week abroad. A NO for demanding customers

Upon arrival on the registration day, we found the accommodation to be extremely unsatisfactory. The house was cramped, dirty, and had a foul odor. The entire outside area was covered in bird and dog excrement, overall in a dreadful condition. There was a dog kennel on the property, which we were not informed about beforehand, and some of us are afraid of dogs. We were utterly shocked. I contacted the homeowner, requesting to cancel the reservation and receive a refund, explaining that we could not stay in such appalling conditions. However, she started yelling at me over the phone, refusing to refund the money, claiming it was not her problem. I reached out to customer support, who initiated a refund request and cancellation of the booking, but I have not received the refund. Our entire vacation was ruined, and we were deeply disappointed. All our plans had to be canceled due to this dreadful accommodation, and to add insult to injury, we have not been refunded. The cost for such subpar accommodation is outrageously inflated.
