The guest service Scott went the extra mile in making me feel welcome. Was sure to let me know if I needed anything to let him know. He had a very high standard of service to the customer. All business' need an employee like Scott. I will definitely stay at Quality Inn Coralville when in the area again. Thank you Valarie Curry

Good location and easy walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Also, the bedding (duvet/individual comforters) were excellent.

The location is great, rooms are big, and the hotel has its own cafe' to buy basic stuff. Also quite nice lobby and bar.

Number of elevators for lower floors is not sufficient (1 out of 2 was out of order) and no kettle in the room.

Didn't like the smell of the pool so I really didn't get in it it looks like the water was foggy not clean enough for me and my children.

Tone down the deodorizer. Way too much, smelled like perfume, trying to cover something up and my pj’s still smelled like the deodorizer 24 hours later when I took them out of my suitcase.

Bathroom floor was bubbled and coming up, mold on the walls. Floor in the room was not clean. Bed was uncomfortable.
