Great location. Very nice room, and best of all, the restaurant! We had the 7 course set menu and it was sublime! Definitely worth going for that alone!

No full-body mirror in the room. There's construction work ongoing in one of the streets in front of it, and inside a building next to it. We didn't have an issue sleeping on the 2nd floor, but we could hear the work in the building (not the one in the street), and could've been advised beforehand by the hotel.

Staff was absolutely impeccable, helped us with everything, were clear with guidance and the valet even placed on our bags in the car trunk around the time we expected to come back to the hotel, after check out (they store luggage too). Extremely clean, the room is very well thought out (there's some noise from other guests, but in some cases there's a second door in corner rooms that could be closed for additional separation). Great bathroom, comfortable bed, shower wasn't as strong in water flow, but still good and relaxing. Excellent breakfast, it might seem like a limited buffet at first, but the bread, croissant, cheese and charcuterie are excellent, and the eggs, yogurt, fruit mix and granola are the best we've had in Spain (as Brazilians, we're very picky about fruit). Location was very good, close to the old town and beach. Although parking is somewhat pricey, the valet team is very good and the garage is very close by (5 minute walk to the San Martin gallery, plus elevators to the lower levels).

Lovely hotel in the heart of San Sebastian. Spacious rooms. All sights are in walking distance. Friendly, professional and helpful staff members. Valet parking available. Good restaurant and bar. We will certainly go back to this great place

The bedroom had NO windows just a view of a covered display! . This was very dis concerting as you did not have natural light and or not knowing what the weather was like that day. I have never ever thought to ask a hotel if the room had an outside window!

Centrally located and so easy to get everywhere. ALL The staff were exceptional so polite, always with a smile. Rooms were of a very high standard except for the lack of an outside window.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city-unbeatable location. Extremely clean room, very spacious, modern, and welcoming. We had a rental car and the team was attentive at all times to ensure we had quick access to our car.

Breakfast was very poor with very limited options and no menu to order from kitchen. Staff in reception area excellent, Dining area not so nice. Our food was very good though.

there is construction next door so the rooms are quite loud during working hours (from 8am) but it is not too bad. my husband asked them to do something for our honeymoon but they forgot. after we reminded them they gave us a mini bottle of red wine which we thought was quite stingey and not that special.

it’s a beautiful hotel, high standard, with gorgeous interior design. the hotel manager is lovely and very helpful. the location is very near the old town, and in a good neighbourhood. I recommend this as a classy and peaceful hotel!

A beautiful property. Extremely clean , beautiful balconies overlooking the streets of San Sebastián. The location is perfect surrounded by shops, cafes, and only a few blocks from the water. Food was lovely too. Great breakfast in the mornings

The restaurant was a bit ‘precious’. We tried to eat there, but were just rudely told that there were no tables, yet it seemed empty and we were prepared to just have a bar snack. We couldn’t find how to have room service either and it was one of those nights where we need to eat without drama or going far. Disappointing.

Beautiful junior suite. So tasteful and large, with such amazing attention to detail. A loo where the bowl lights at night so you can have a oee without having to turn a light on. A Dyson hairdryer with diffuser, which is amazing as a curly haired girl. Great location. I could have stayed.

Absolutely nothing, all I the staff had an understanding of the guest, which showed real care.

This is the best experience that I have had in a hotel in Europe and state side. Difficult to fault in any way. I have never experienced from breakfast to WhatsApp communication anything like. I only stay in 4 and 5 star hotels, this has set a new standard for me.
