This hotel is in a terrific location (unfortunately roadworks out the front at present) - the room was reasonable size and light with 2 small balconies adding to the light. Quiet as well. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

Unfortunately road in front was closed for roadworks at time of our stay which meant taxi couldn’t get us right to hotel. Not the hotels fault obviously and only a couple mins walk to get from the road but worth knowing if you have heavy luggage.

Fantastic location, turn corner from hotel to be wowed by the most beautiful Cathedral view, literally a 1-2 minute walk from all the central sights. Large room, spotlessly clean, very quiet (we were right next to lift yet didn’t hear a sound) and great value for money.

We had a wonderfull stay in the hotel. Since we arrived with our car we decided to park in a nearby parking garage next to the cathedral. The hotel was just a few hundred meters away placing it in the middle of the historic center. Basically anywhere we walked we found beautifull buildings, nice café's, great tapas restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

I was shocked at how tiny the room was and found the walls to be rather thin; most noise of people walking through the halls could be heard very clearly.

The price was great, and the location suited my vacation needs.

Excellent location - the staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and wish I'd had breakfast there from the first day rather than the last day!

The AC had not been turned on yet but it was mid-May and warm. Opening the window overnight on a weekend meant exposing ourselves to a lot of noise - they party all night long in Zaragoza and they are loud. Other than that - nothing; everything else was wonderful.

No tea/coffee in the room

Modern decoration, very clean, comfortable Queen Bed. Good shower and bathroom. Ideal location for the Old Town, cathedral and El Tubo for restaurants

Minor issue: rooms keys needed to be reprogrammed multiple times. Street in front is temporarily closed due to repairs.

Great location, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Well maintained hotel offers a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

There was some construction on the street which was a bit inconvenient but not noisy. There was a bit of street noise from the people in the main area and bar opposite the hotel but the windows completely blocked out the noise.

It was a great room with lots of natural light and a modern bathroom. Very clean and neat. The staff were all very nice and everything was exactly as it was advertised. The hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the famous basilica and right opposite a small grocery store. It was next to a very nice and lively street with lots of shops. We were very happy with our stay and would return if we come back to Zaragoza.

The sleeping pillows were not very comfortable, but it is a problem I often encounter in hotels.

Hotel is very well placed, in the heart of the city. Room was clean and receptionist pleasant. We made check-in for our flight back and we send a copy of our flight tickets to hotel email address asking to print them. In less than 15 minutes the receptionist came with the printed documents (I was just preparing to go to reception for this matter). Small gesture, but I appreciated this. Many thanks.
