The WiFi was almost non-existant, Nil reception in our room for both my wife and I. As we only stayed 1 night so didn't bother to voice the concern.

The hotel is very close to the main train station in Toulouse. We stayed 1 night in Toulouse and was able to walk to all the locations we wanted to visit.

The cleanliness was fine, however, the room was quite outdated and somewhat worn out. There was very little natural light coming into the single room, and there was no mosquito net on the window, so there were many mosquitoes in the room.

Good for the price, we can recommend the hotel. The staff was very friendly and it was no problem that we arrived after midnight (because of a late flight). It's close to the city center and just a few meters away from the main station from where we left.

There was a strong smell of chemical cleaning product upon entering the room that was a bit unpleasant. It disappeared after opening the windows for a while?

We were happy with everything. There are comments about the showers - yes, small with a shower curtain but totally possible to keep from flooding the bathroom floor if you take care. Pressure and temperature were great.

Great location next to main train station, what you need and nothing you don’t for an overnight trip. Small but comfortable (as long as you don’t have too much luggage), staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great value.

This is a basic hotel but priced accordingly. Zero complaints. There’s no tea making facilities and no lift. The shower room is tiny and the curtain clings!

If I was being picky I would say the stairs .... we were in room 37 and it was on top floor with no lifts ... it was OK but not ideal .

My room was small but I was expecting that. Reflected the price paid. All that was lacking was the ability to make a cup of tea.

Great location next to the railway station. Close walking distance to man squares and information bureau. Bed was comfy. Linen clean and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
