The hotel is incredibly nice, clean and well located. Bed and mattress is super comfortable. The hosts are super friendly and went above and beyond to provide us the best customer service and care possible. I would recommend this place a thousand times. And we plan to go back for sure! Zakynthos is incredible!

Wow. Absolutely beautiful, tasteful apartment. Everything new, well working. Super clean, and the staff was the sweetest we have ever got to know. Starting with the sweet cleaning lady that even cleaned the dishes when she did our room. And the owner Dimitris. We were welcomed very warm and nicely, and he made us feel like we were friends. The garden is absolutely stunning. We felt so comfortable and if we ever come back to Zakynthos we will definitely come back to Sofia-Yiota Studios. Also the location was super quiet but only a few minutes away from the town and the beach. The last day we had problems to get a bus back to Athens because everything was sold out. Dimitris made the effort to get us the last tickets, even picked them up from the station. He was so helpful all the time with good recommendations. We are so grateful for our wonderful stay there. Thank you so so much!!

Very minor issue but public path outside of apartment often had horse poop left by horse riders so had to dodge it at night using light from mobile phone. This was not the fault of the accommodation just a bit of an unpleasant experience when leaving for the town each night

We were met on arrival, assisted with cases, given all the info we needed with a smile! Cleaner was lovely and host was a joy to speak with and so helpful. Beautiful well kept garden and a very nice stay.

There were a lot of surveillance cameras directed to the rooms The walls were thin, I could hear everything The cleaning lady was always around the property The window from the toilet was badly set (if someone were to pass by when I peed, we would have made eye contact) the towels were very worn (but clean) I had one mattress hard and one mattress soft (or worn out).

Love the location 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from town if you walk around the back, 15 minutes from the airport, when we arrived Dimitrus welcomed us took straight to our rooms, I had stayed the previous year room was nice but this year on the 1st floor room very modern, kitchen area and bathroom had everything lovely little touchs with the flowers, and panelling near the patio window, plenty of plug sockets, Valentina the cleaner was absolutely brilliant in everyday you can tell when she had been smelled fresh and clean, safe which is free in the corner to place your passport and keys, view outside on the balcony is so pretty can watch the pony trekkers go by, travelled with family who had a problem one night at 12 clock no electricity something wrong with the key they called Dimitrus the manager he was out in 5 minutes and sorted it for them, Aircon in the room is great just what you need after being on the beach, town very lively this year noticed a big increase which is good for the island, definitely recommend staying at Sofia apartments, back again next year xx

Dimitris was a wonderful host very welcoming and accommodating almost always around to ask any questions too and checking in to know if everything is fine. I had a lovely 10 day stay here with a super comfortable really clean and spacious room. Air con works really well and also the WiFi too. The up to date Smart TV was a great addition to the room and the shower had a lovely pressure. Also it has a really beautiful little garden with flowers adding a nice colour to the area. Big car park for everyone's rental cars. Just an 8 minute walk to the beach and the same into the middle of the town for the restaurants and shops, great location for me as it was quiet in the evening which I like but close enough to do what you need with walking! Housekeeping was also so so friendly and understanding coming to quickly tidy up and change towels at specific times to go around my working hours, I really appreciated this kind effort and care!

Sofia Yiota was the best choice! The host, Dimitris, was very nice and friendly and gave us informations regarding view points and restaurants. The rooms were very nice and modern, cleaned everyday and the kitchen had everything you need in order to cook, if you wanted to. Parking places in the yard and nice view from each room balcony.

We had a great time here. Dimitri is a rly nice guy and helped us with everything. House was rly great. The kitchen was fully equipped ( we cooked in 2 days and also prepared coffee every morning). Everything was clean and changed every day. We really recommend this one! Have a great time! 👍

Absolutely perfect for a couple who need a basic little kitchen to make breakfast. The host couldn’t help enough, available 24/7. The cleaner was always so friendly and amazing at her job. Can’t fault this place whatsoever. Would absolutely return and recommend to everyone.
