The mattress was quite hard. Also the placement of the toilet was a bit weird. After you showered the whole toilet was wet. Location of the accommodation is fine as long as you have a scooter.

The room was spacious and decorated nicely. The pool had a refreshing temperature and the staff was really friendly.

Room was big and cleaned every day. Huge comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Nice pool. Bit further from main places than we expected. But most places only 15- 26 mins by using Grab. Fresh water and toileteries provided.

- The outdoor air quality was bad so it always impacts the experience. - some constructions going on affecting the general ambiance - plug-ins by the bedside would be nice. Generally not many available in my room. - no bedside table - highway behind the corner (good for easy access in and out)

- The beds were good - Location was good for our needs, but for holiday with a purpose to see Chiangmai’s attractions it is not the best. However you get to e.g. Nimman, Maya mall and CM university nightmarket quickly with a taxi. - peaceful - Small swimming pool - nice staff

The hotel was fairly far from central chiang mai and old town. This meant for tours we had to make our own way to a meeting point in town or pay extra for pickup which was inconvenient. The facilities were fine but a little dated, the pillows were hard and not the most comfortable, and the air con was not very effective so the room was too hot most of the time. We also paid extra for a double bed instead of 2 singles. However, it was just two mattresses pushed together. This normally wouldn't bother me too much, but the middle of the bed was very uncomfortable as you could feel the divide in the beds quite a loy. there were also two separate duvets rather than one big one.

The hotel was in a very quiet part of chiang mai, the pool looked nice and the room was cleaned most days. The price was discounted a lot on booking. Com.

The aircon is the room wasn’t great. We would drag our beds the other side of the room to lay under it as the room was boiling.

Quite out of the city but not too far for the airport. Good shower. Going through some building work and updates but was nice and quiet! No bedside table or hairdryer and bedside lamps not quite right. Supermarket close by.

1.No breakfast even though it was stated as included on the bookings.com website at time of booking. 2.Bed was very hard and bad for my injured back. 3. Poor layout of bathroom with little space to pass to shower area. Blocked by sink which could easily have been moved nearer the door to make a more acceptable spacing. The sink was also far too small.

The bed is quite hard, not my preference. Also, the water pressure is quite low, and the water heater doesn't function too well. However, luckily the weather was just nice to have a cold shower. The bathtub, is a bit dirty too.

My stay in S48 was great, the environment was good, is a nice place if you want to escape from the busy city life. The staff allowed us to check in around 10.30 am, which is 4 hours earlier! AND, allowed us to check out slightly late, they are quite flexible, worth the money!

- Far from city centre. - The Wi-Fi was unstable (with random drops out). - No power sockets near bed. - No bedside tables. - No safe in the cheaper rooms or no windows in the bedroom of the more expensive options (I want to have both safe AND a window).

- Peacefull. - Nice room size. - Relatively soft mattresses (for Thailand; still bit harder than what I would consider ideal). - Good price. - Swimming pool. - Friendly staff. - Some free fruit. - Parking space.

Unfortunately there is no bar,no coffee, no opportunity to buy anything to drink there. so that you can’t really enjoy the swimming pool in the morning with your coffee or evening with a cola.

The room was clean and spacious, hotel with nice people and pool. Great for the price! We loved the location since is a bit far away from the tourist full area.
