The pool was nice - a good size to get in a good swim. The location is good as it's across from the beach and a short walk away from Jomtien night market. The staff was great and helped me figure out my transport situation.

It's advertised as beach front, but the room we were in was quite a ways from the beach. However, they have an arrangement where you phone the office and they pick you up with a tricycle and drive you to the office which cuts the distance substantially

Staff arranged for my booking to a poolside villa with no other guests occupying the four other villas at the pool. Great facilities, big bedrooms,, comfortable beds and very clean.

Water pressure in shower.

Very clean and spacious. Dated and low water pressure in the shower but such good value for money. Nice pool but they could make the seating around it a little more appealing. Great location! Friendly staff. I’d def go again if I wanted to go to jontiem.

Quite a walk to my room from the beach road and also my AC was leaking a lit of water on top of the fridge. They try to fix three times but still leaking.

There was no chair to sit on in the room. The bathroom door was falling apart so made it look run down even though it was not.

The ac was good and quiet. Great location. The pools were also very nice and the wifi was good.

Nothing really, for the budget price I paid it was value for money.

I had a value for money double room in the remote block next to the swimming pool. I was a solo traveller, but booked a double room that two people could have shared for the same price. It's about 200 to 250 meters walk from the main reception to your room, so only a couple of minutes walk. The receptionist told me if you book a family room you say in the main building right next to reception on the beach road, so you don't have the long walk to your room. If you are in the remote rooms, as I was, the hotel provides a free motorcycle sit in taxi if you don't want to walk to your room, useful when you have a case with you, but I walked the rest of the time. There is food available to order to your room or you can sit outside the kitchens adjacent to the rooms and the swimming pool which are next to each other, but I didn't eat there so can comment. Wi-Fi was fine, so all good for me.

Delux block backs onto 2nd road. Noise not too bad. Shared walkway / balcony.

Direct access to beach road. Very green complex with nice trees. Modern rooms and bathrooms. Trike service to and from reception.

My room was old....and the toilet was giving us issues and the shower is small and tight to the toilet 🪠
