Lovely historic buildings in a beautiful setting. Just five minutes drive to Rocamadour (or nice walk) with views across the farming valley. The owners and their son were very polite and attentive and were very responsive to requests (eg for an iron, and for wine glasses and kitchenware so we could eat cheese we got from a farm stall). The breakfast buffet was extensive and high quality.
Highly recommend.
Set amongst oak trees, this hotel is located just outside Rocamadour's old town walls. It offers a pool with a terrace, and rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of the surrounding park.

This is a convenient place to stay if you’re on a bike tour, well located with a short walk to nearby restaurants or a longer walk into the centre of town. Our party of four cyclists had two rooms, 4 separate beds, a safe place to store our bikes overnight and a good breakfast.
Logis Hôtels - Le Belvédère - Hôtel et Restaurant is a comfortable hotel in Rocamadour which has a view of the fortified citadel.

Room had an excellent view and being on the same level as the carpark, access to the room with luggage made a refreshing change. Restaurant food was above average and the views were spectacular. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

A must see, interesting visit with stunning views. The cleanliness of French towns that are this size is a tribute to the pride that the local and regional councils have for their culture and environment.
There is a symbiosis between the stone of the area and the amazing structures that were created by intelligent, ancient craftsmen that leave you almost without words, such is the beauty of that creation.
Rocamadour has all the elements of a visit that stays in ones memory. It has an enduring, timeless quality. A fairy-tale landscape.
A wondrous, awesome testimony to a devoted and pious past.

The hotel was quite charming but small and part of an attractive old renovated building. The pool facing room was small but had a window for ventilation.
We paid for the room around €82. Please be aware Breakfast is not included and charged as an extra €26 for two people. There is no evening dining on site so after a long drive, we had to drive out again to eat. On cleanliness, just one issue. The bath had another visitors hair remaining in it which was off putting and could have been cleaner.
Otherwise, perhaps expensive for the facilities available but very pleasant staff.

The ambience is amazing as you enjoy the views of buildings built into the rocks around you or gaze at the valley you are in.
The shops are a mix of interesting artisan shops or typical tourist ones. Good choice of plat de jours during the day but night time is more expensive as ‘reasonable’ plats are not offered at night. Generally the food is good, well cooked and plenty of choices. We ate at a restaurant called La Table de Cure. Great staff and very good food. Padiriac Cave is nearby and a good trip but choose your times and date carefully to avoid queuing.

This was the 5th time we visited Rocamadour, mostly bringing our friend to see one of the most enchanted villages in France. View from the access roads (both lower and higher sides) will make your jaws drop. The whole place reflects how faith could create something nearly surreal. Seeing is believing. It is worth half a day to one day visit. But, we always stayed one night to enjoy wonderful meals and evening ambiance. Plenty of souvenir shops geared towards pilgrims and hikers but other things for general tourists. Several good restaurants with nice view. Not to be missed is their famous small round Rocamadour goat cheese. It tastes the best here although you can find them in most supermarket and cheese shops in South West France.

Unique medieval city clings to cliff edge, atmospheric and peaceful. Enjoyed leisurely 3 course lunch with delicious Bergerac wine and Rocamadour cheese in the Lion d”or restaurant, excellent value considering you are in a UNESCO historical site. Walk up to the citadel passing statues of the 12 stations of the cross. Wonderful setting in deep lush ravine with fabulous views at every turn. The Logis Belvédère hotel was ideal and perfect for travelling with our dog.
We spent a wonderful two nights at Hotel Le Troubadour with our baby girl. The gîte we stayed in was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped with kitchen facilities and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The best we have had in any French hotel.
The location of the hotel was perfect - within a short walk of Rocamadour, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
We highly recommend Le Troubadour and look forward to staying there again.
The bedroom was a good size, the shower room was adequate. Lovely location close to excellent restaurants and bars and the fabulous view of Rocamadour. The lifts down to Rocamadour itself were a short drive or a 15 minute walk with beautiful scenery on route. The breakfast area in the hotel was poorly situated close to the laundry room and reception. The breakfast itself was quite basic.
We liked everything about this hotel. It is modern and spotless , set in green forest, beautiful and quiet. It is only 200 meters from the village restaurants (don't miss L'estanquet) and 5 nimute walk from the promenade that surrounds Rocamadour. During our stay we didn't have to use the car at all. Excellent breakfast.
Interesting agricultural plants/trees, delightful pool, interesting out-buildings, tidy appearance, comfortable rooms. The manager, Mathieu, was amazing. He went the extra mile to be sure we had the best experience in the region- with restaurant and activity recommendations.
Fantastic views and location. All staff we encountered in the hotel and restaurant were very good and service was brilliant.
EV chargers in the upper town were not working but we managed a charge in Gramat (7km away)
Hotel itself, just fantastic
We arrived on a very hot day so it was a relief to find the hotel had very good air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable, with a superb view of Rocamadour. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
This is one of the best locations we have stayed in as this room was fully equipped with a thing you can need during your stay, with a modern and clean design right in the middle of a medieval city. Marie, the host, was very helpful and kind.
Great location at the top of the city. Large rooms, very quiet, comfortable bed. Close gastronomic restaurant with amazing food and wine.
There is a kettle in the room, which is not very common in France, so we did really appreciate it.
This is the place to come to relax. The staff was fantastic, kind, and responsive. We were fortunate to use the pool and found it to be refreshing. If you’re in the area of Rocamadour, you should check out this place. Bon Jour
This magnificent gem of a hotel is located at the top of a peaceful hill and has a 180 degree, unobstructed view of the valley below. It is a beautiful, peaceful place, great for couples on a getaway or families alike.
This accomodation is just on top of the beautiful town of Rocamadour. You’ll walk down to the monastry in just 20 minutes and have a great view over the whole valley. The hotel has a private parking, which is great.
View was beautiful, Rocamadour in all its splendour. The owner gave us tips on how to get to Rocamadour and back by foot, and allowed us to leave our car at the hostellerie to avoid heavy parking charges.
Very hotel with a beautiful view. Very friendly staff. Good pool. Futhermore free parking on the premises and free WiFi.
Rocamadour very close by with car.
