The eggs weren’t very good. And I would’ve liked to see some fresh fruit.
Also turkey bacon.

What a wonderful town so full of history! So many interesting stores with historical backgrounds. Definitely visit the Pacific War Museum and go to a reenactment if there's one on that day. Too many great places to eat, drink and shop in.

Downtown Fredericksburg is cute with lots of shops, although most are pricey. Free street parking! Many, many wineries nearby!
Lady Bird Park is amazing! We were in town for viewing the solar eclipse, and they treated us like royalty! No charge for admittance. No parking passes needed. Tons of staff available throughout! Permanent restrooms and tons of porta potties. Free eclipse glasses. Food and souvenirs available. The park is big, beautiful, and well-maintained. We were in a car, but there were camping sites too. Surprisingly fast and easy getting out of the park due to folks directing traffic. Kudos to whomever was in charge of Lady Bird Park on April 8, 2024!

All merchants restaurant personal were friendly and polite.
All merchants restaurant personal were friendly and polite. Things went well with all reservations. The price for the rental was high dye to the eclipse. Even guides at enchanted Rock were helpful and allowed us in, even though we didn't have reservations.

I thought Main St in Fredericksburg was too expensive.
I thought Main St in Fredericksburg was too expensive. Most of the items we looked at were made in China and overpriced. We were disappointed in the items available and the prices.
I would have enjoyed seeing more of the town and learning more about the community.

Great town in the "Napa Valley" of Texas!
Great town in the "Napa Valley" of Texas! But just not Wine Country, Fredericksburg has so many things to do and great places to eat and drink. Early Texas and German culture mixed with a first-class atmosphere!

Fredericksburg is a weekend town catering for tourists.
Fredericksburg is a weekend town catering for tourists.
Quieter during the week which I preferred. Lots to see and do in the area. Museums and wineries to visit.
Live music in the saloons and some restaurants which I enjoyed.
The room was wonderful. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room very cool. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was great, as is Jeff, the owner. Due to Covid, breakfast is coffee and packaged breakfast pastries. The hot and cold water worked great, as well. My wife and I give this wonderful hotel and its staff the highest possible recommendation!!! It's maybe a mile to downtown Fredericksburg. The price was very reasonable.
This place was a great find! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during our recent spring break trip. It was convenient to downtown Fredericksburg, wineries, Enchanted Rock State Park, and Luckenbach. The cottage truly had a Texas feel to it which was a nice touch - very charming!
The decor is very nice, and the hot tub was a great feature. Its within a 15-20 minute walk from Main St (Downtown Fredericksburg). We comfortably stayed with 6 people total, but you could easily fit 4 more. The porch is great for relaxing in good weather with its rocking chairs.
The hotel is on the edge of town so there’s no traffic or parking issues. Plenty of parking on the property. Room looked and smelled clean, A/C worked great, water pressure was good, and the mini fridge and microwave were both clean and functional. Luggage carts available, too.
Very well maintained remodeled small motel.
Shower was TINY. TV was small.
Bed was superb.
Coffee maker and refrigerator are available at a daily fee . I didn't need either.
Very limited parking. Close to city center. Great prices.
Will stay again.
The room was extremely cute! It had personality and was very comfortable. The bed is awesome!! We had the best sleep! The hotel is located close to all attractions and was great. The room is spacious and has everything you need for a weekend stay.
Outstanding property on beautiful grounds. Super clean and comfortable accommodations. Great for a quiet couple of days away. Extremely peaceful yet only a short drive in to downtown Fredericksburg. Can’t wait for our next visit.
Affordable, no ridiculous fees such as cleaning fee or reservation fees and the rooms are clean. It’s quiet, beds comfy, parking right outside your door. I like the feel of the 70/80s type motel rooms.
Great place! One of the best place we've ever been. Very comfortable, cozy, easy to reach and very quiet but only 10min drive from Fredericksburg. The hot tub add a sparkle to the stay
Simple, original and really quiet. All you need is in your room or at the facility. Very nice change from the big corporate hotels. It even had some covered parking available.
