The town is really cute.
The town is really cute. The restaurants are expensive, but a lot of variety. There is a town park that is immaculate and looked really fun - pickle ball, skateboard park, picnic tables, walking paths. So beautiful to be so close to the mountains and ski slopes. Easy to get to, also - not a long drive from Salt Lake City!

Utah is known for skiing, particularly the Park City area. There are better ski resorts (e.g., Snowbasin, Snowbird), but there are three great ones in Park City. Dining options run from "really good" to "just overpriced" with some fast food options in Kimball Junction just down the road. We stayed at Bear Village in Park City Canyons, and it was a beautiful place. The area offers long walking trails where you can catch glimpses of wildlife. The skiing resort is exceptionally well-maintained. During our visit in mid-March, all lifts were operational. What stood out the most, however, was the helpfulness and friendliness of the people there. We're especially grateful to the Uber driver and policeman who assisted us in opening our car when we accidentally locked our keys inside. Thank you.

Expensive, love downtown park city. The canyons is tranquil. Skiing was great. A few un safe skiers. Beautiful mountain. Roads well maintained. We rented the skis from Aloha store which is in the building so it was very convenient. The place offers a heated pool, a sauna, kids play room. The team was very friendly and welcoming, we were able to do early check-in and save our bags until the flight late at night.
