Property is clean & has a family vacation feel with pools, bbq grills with tables & chairs, nice landscaping, fitness center & free breakfast that included almond milk. Nice touch with fresh popcorn & coffee & full size astronaut figures at reception area and breakfast lobby.

The room was horrific, dirty, clogged sink and tub, had to pay for upgrade for fridge and microwave, micro was rusted with holes, nasty crap coming up from tub, totally disgusting!!

Staff was great at hotel check in, Jim & Teresa were great
This Cocoa Beach, Florida hotel is located just a half-block from the Atlantic Ocean. It offers an airport shuttle, free WiFi, and access to swimming pools at several nearby hotels.
Cocoa Beach is a laid back community. Our house was very close to a main beach situated with restaurants and shops very close, however parking was $5 and hour or $25 for the day. On the third day we discovered free beaches, (further south) with free parking and changing rooms and showers to rinse sand. The surf was rougher, and no life guards, but it was less crowded. We could see the rocket launch from any of the beaches we went to. People were polite and considerate. Food was all a little more expensive than here in Kansas, and gas too, but we expected that. It was easy to find beach supplies at WalMart, RonJon, and a place where everything was $19 or less. We toured Cape Kennedy for a day, with kids 6, 10 & 12. We all had a good time. We ate out at Coconuts (on the beach) and SquidLips. Both were very good.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise so if you are trying to plan the same type of stay here is some info I think will be useful. We took an Uber to the hotel from MCO ( $68 and took maybe 40 min). The hotel provides a shuttle to your cruise port ( $15/ person). There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. From fast food to “nice” restaurants, you won’t have a problem walking to get food. There is also a grocery store that’s an easy walk from the hotel ( maybe 6-7 minutes )for things you may have forgotten for your cruise. The beach is also an easy walk away ( maybe two blocks). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. While it’s not new and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a new hotel, as a place to rest and get organized the night before your cruise it is an absolute no brainer for the price and location. If I were coming to cocoa beach for a week this is the first place I would try to stay because of what you get for the money.

A beach town that makes you wanna soak up the sun and surf some waves. Many interesting restaurants and amenities with friendly staff. I loved the beachy relax vibe. Also, it appeared to be dog friendly; wished I knew this to bring my pup! We loved "Salty Sisters bar and grill", we enjoyed both the food and the ambiance; very laid back. Getting around was easy but you do need to have a car for transportation. Definetely bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock! We did the Bioluminescent kayaking and should've done more research about best locations and time for these, we did not see many comb jelly glow and worse I developed an allergic dermatitis to something in the water. Lastly, we visited the "Kennedy Space Center" and one day was enough to see the facilities (though I am not a space enthusiast).

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is an older and unkept facility. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed sunk low and was in need of a new mattress. Old furniture and furnishings in the room. Lamp wasn't working and tv remotes with no back to hold batteries. They had to be replaced.

Cocoa Beach is a laid back surfer town and is close to Port Canaveral. We stayed here the day before our cruise departure. There are a lot of good restaurants and there is a Winn-Dixie and Publix. The beach is nice and clean.

The rooms were spacious, but the furnature was cheap. The ocean view was good, but rather far away. it was too cold to try the pool. It just wasnt up to to our standards. and there were no pictures on the sight I booked the reservation on.I would not have booked there if there were pictures.
Everything was perfect for a quiet, relaxing time on the beach. Access to the shore, proximity to the beach, the atmosphere exceeded our expectations ... loved the tiki tables on the deck. No loud parties, noise, or obnoxious crowds. Just peace, tranquility and time with nature. Room was clean, modern, and had ref. and microwave and well updated, (shower was awesome) yet was quaint and unassuming. Staff was wonderful, went the extra mile. This area of the beach is recluse and very beautiful. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
Our room was in the tower, oceanfront. You really have to be careful when you book though. There are several buildings and the ocean front tower is the only one that is actually on the water. The rest are a lot older and a little run down though perfectly fine for a night or two before a cruise, etc. The breakfast was good both mornings. The beach is fantastic and it is literally right next to Cocoa Beach Pier. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and Publix is across the street, Walmart is a 10 min drive.
Room was appropriately clean - not a given at this price point.
Pool was nice but towel supply ran out at least once.
Having breakfast included was appreciated, and reasonably substantial, but also quite bland.
Location was convenient for driving, but walking to beach and into the town was farther than we anticipated (too far for my wife to conveniently walk)- hotel info should be more clear about this.
Very close access to the beach, the lazy river was fun, rooms were nice. We went down for a cruise, stayed 2 days before it and 3 days after and made y memories. Ron Jon Surf Shop is right by here, Port Canaveral is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was good, with a lot of selection. The hotel had beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, and beach bikes you could check out for free.
My room was changed by the hotel. I called the hotel directly to ask if I could change the reservation to two nights and was told they tried but were unable. I believe that was when I lost the oceanfront. I found out upon arrival and no price change either. They insisted I had done this on the booking site. Not true. My room instead faced the resort I last stayed in with my deceased Mom and brother.
The lady who checked us in was so nice and welcoming. She had lots of information about the area and offered it up without being asked. I love that! The hotel has a nice, quiet walking path right to the beach, and we saw a tortoise on our way to the beach one morning. The pool is heated, but not too hot. We really liked the breakfast and 24-hour coffee bar also.
This property deserves a great review! We loved everything about it: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, the heated pool, the kitchen, comfort of the beds and couches. It was perfect for our 1st trip with our baby. It even had a pack and play and high chair! If we vacation in Cocoa Beach again, we hope this property is available!
The staff is so friendly! They are also professional and helpful. There was a good amount of space in the suite. No problems with the bathroom functionality; nice hot shower. Even though my room was very near the elevator, it wasn't noisy at all as it sometimes can be in other hotels.
Excellent value for money accommodation right on the beach and handy for Cocoa beach. Very comfy Queen bed and nice shower. We arrived at 1.30am and the member of staff was very helpful getting us settled in. We had a lovely time.
Right on the beach, you can hear the ocean waves, easy parking, full kitchen, secure building, and an amazing location. Can see the launch pad unabstructed. Lots of items you can take to the beach. Area outside to rinse off sand.
Loved the old fashioned motel on the beach feel and this area (not big high rise hotels around here). Nice having a kitchen and good tv. The staff are all lovely. Price decent. Will definitely come back again.
