We were really looked after by the hosts who had to stay up after midnight to let us in (after a delayed flight). They left some lovely food for us and were very friendly. Thanks for your hospitality!

Check in was quick and efficient. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was small but perfect for what I needed. A comfortable bed, a nice hot shower. And next to the airport which is what I really needed. My Spanish is not that great but the staff knew enough English that made it more easy.

Jessica who checked us in and waited on us for dinner was the absolute best. My bag which I had transported did not arrive. I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best
