Everything. The room was super clean and comfortable. We had a coffee machine and capsules and a bottle of water waiting for us. The communication was excellent. They were very responsive and they also helped us with our luggage after the check out. The location is perfect as well, walking distance from the old town and 20mins walking from the central train/bus station.
