Excellent staff, particularly the mythical Pau, one if the waiters at the restaurant, who was extremely nice and helpful. We very much appreciated his directions around the island and tips and he was very friendly with our little ones. Also the sicilian animator at the pool and facilities Luciano, who was very happy to know our next holiday destination will be his natal Palermo. Luciano was also very flexible and accommodating with our needs, friendly and useful. The rest of the staff was very friendly too. The hotel is well located, 15 minutes walk to the beach. My wife and children loved the 10 days we spent there and cannot wait to come back and enjoy the hotel and the nice and friendly people.

The apartment is cleaned and confy, the pool and external area are beautiful and the location is excellent!! I'm really satisfied with our stay there, would definitely book again!

Clean, quiet and spacious room. It was actually a studio and had some amenities that were useful. Plenty of spaces to park your car, despite of the smaller hotel parking (easy parking area). The location is a bit off the center but we saw that as an advantage as not only parking is easy and free but it is much calmer and quieter. The walk downtown is a pleasant experience and just a few minutes. There was a breakfast included which was OK.

The food was very good, everyday different and a lot of choices. Location also very good. Not far from the beach and also from the road we were going every morning start of our cycling trip.

The room was lovely, basic but very comfortable beds, lovely cool air conditioning and if we got too cold, duvets were already to hand. Reception were really friendly and the spa is amazing. It is possible to book the spa just for you and only to have pay a small fee. The Olympic swimming pool is lovely too.

Very spaceious rooms, huge balcony, excellent breakfast and nice and helpful staff. I would reccomend the stay. The hotel is a great starting point for bikers and hikers.
