I travelled with the family of 5. We are demanding in terms standard - the apartment was new, really clean, spacious (2 bedrooms, one salon with kitchen) and well equipped (coffe and tea included). It has a balcony with a sunset view. Nice. As a bonus there is washing machine with dryer in the building what comes handy if staying for a longer period. The apartament is located in very nice town of Chatillon - quiet and with good communication to the centre of Paris. You take a T3 tram (2 stops) and then get to metro line 13 that goes north to Paris. To get to the centre it takes about 40 minutes and is not problematic at all. Just check on the Internet if RATP (Paris transportation) is not doing any metro line maintenance - they vere planning to do so in some periods of 2022. We also highly liked communication with Edgar (the owner) who always answered an e-mail with the blink of an eye and was very hospitable.

Safe location. Small Supermarket, boulangerie, greengrocer and cheese shop very close by. Decent size room. Very quiet well soundproofed. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom good size. Well equipped kitchenette.

The great value for the money! The location is just a few blocks from the metro with about 30 min ride to most attractions. A good variety of restaurants around, a grocery store behind the building and gas station nearby. A small kitchenette with fridge and free coffee/cappuccino/mineral water in the lobby area for residents which saved us quite a lot for breakfasts. The hotel has a private covered garage for a reasonable fee compared to other hotels, make sure to reserve a spot in advance.
