We had nice welcome with refreshing drink. Room was clean, comfortable and calm. Location is 20 min walk towards opera/tourist office. As alternative, tram is around 5-10 min away. Place is calm and has food shop at next building. We stayed at hot period, AC worked perfectly!

The hotel is located quite nicely, 10-15 min walk to la place de la Comédie and a 5 min walk to the nearest tram station (nouveau Roch). I really liked my stay!
