The apartment was new, big and comfortable. The indoor pool was fantastic for my young daughter. Being a residents building for older people, it was very quiet. Easy for self catering from the nearby supermarket or Wazemmes market, and just a few minutes walk from the Metro to get into Lille old town quickly. The staff were very sweet and tried to help us whenever needed, despite our poor French.

We liked everything about Au30. Franck and Bertille could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and charming. We really enjoyed having a sauna within the privacy of the apartment. That was such an unusual feature. The location could not have been more convenient to all the sights we wished to visit in lovely Lille. Both rail stations are in easy walking distance of the apartment, which was important to us as we were able to easily transport our luggage back and forth. The apartment is a few streets away from the main activity of the city, so while convenient, it was very quiet at night. We would not hesitate to stay at Au30 again, or to recommend it to friends.

Хороше місце розташування ( біля вокзалу та торгового центру). Просторі і чисті номери. Повністю укомплектована ванна кімната ( мило, шампунь) та кухня ( посуд, чай/кава). Приємна ціна.

What a lovely staff, wonderful location, and comfortable flat. We had a great view of Lille from our flat where we slept three very comfortably. We woke up feeling refreshed and ready to explore Lille.
