While in Lyon, my wife developed a urinary tract infection. The facility manager arranged for a physician to come to the hotel and the physician examined and prescribed an antibiotic - all for 50 Euros ($58). Truly exceptional customer service and care. Highly recommended!

Closer to public transportation & city, clean room with basic kitchen & amenities, closer to botanic garden for a walk in the park, functional facilities and very supportive and accommodative staff.

Everything was smooth, quiet and beautiful! Loved the hotel ad the staff was awesome, very kind and attentive. Room very comfortable, kitchenette well designed and bathroom spacious. Easy are to park on the street too, even if they have their own parking. I haven't tried the breakfast, not really my thing.

I was happy to stay there, it is close to central railway station Part Dieu. Bed was very good, I slept there very well.

The rooms are compact but quite practical. They have a small but really functional kitchenette, with a small coffee machine and dishwasher. A quite spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Not bad soundproofing. The rooms are clean. Super friendly staff. There is a luggage storage at reception.
