Nice room. Great Shower and superb quality of room and kitchen and bed. Very secure building in great neighborhood! Veronica was sweet and pleasant, and very helpful with the local information for dinner and site seeing!

The flat was lovely, it was like being stuck by time in some way (evokes nostalgia). It had all the facilities and props needed for our instance in Cagliari (kitchen, dishes, a whole set of cutlery), not to mention that the stereo has an excellent CD mix inside (A must-play disk).

The apartment is located on the beautiful south coast that is surrounded by many beautiful beaches that are not so crowded. The apartment is new and fully equiped (we very pleased by washing machine and oven) and many more things are available such as parasols. These is also small private beach at the apartment avaiable just for the people from the appartments. Nice owners who were very helpful.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with air conditioning. Everything you could need for a week's stay. Easy access to the centre of Cagliari by bus. The receptionist, Patrizia, helped me greatly when I had my documents stolen on the bus. She's a credit to Cagliari and to Residence Montegrappa. Thanks again, Patrizia!

It was extremely easy to check in and out. Parking right out the door. Rooms are very clean and spacious We booked the room for a night because of its proximity to the airport. The next morning, we drove 10 minutes to the airport. The old city is also 10 minutes drive away. For this room, the price was also great.
