We are a couple + 3 small children (5, 3 and 1 year old), we have traveled to many places in the world, but I have never received such good treatment from the hotel staff. Riccardo and Martina really go out of their way to make everyone's vacation a dream. I think everyone who comes here will thank me afterwards. First of all, the owner was an amazing person. Her english was very great, hence I had no issue with communicating anything or even just chatting if she had a while to spare. She was very helpful as well, there was no problem with printing our tickets for our lift on the Monte Blanco. From our apartment we could even see a small part of the lake. The location was just amazing, close to the water and city, yet still far enough for it to be calm while we were resting. Other nearby cities were just as pretty, its a shame we didn't stay longer so that we could visit more of them.
