The room design & colors ( yellow & white) were very cozy & relaxing. The room had all facilities & amenities.it is walking distance from shopping area, Gondolas & main attractions. The staff were very helpful. They are flexible with check in hours & allowed us to leave the luggage at the hotel after check out hours.

We are a family used to travel from budget to luxury places. The hotel is not luxurious, but it definitely has a deep Venetian spirit. We felt like Venetians living in our inherited home. Our apartment was very big with a fully equipped kitchen with sparkling cleaness so there will be nothing to miss. The lady at front was extremely helpful with all tips where to go and like a local.

We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.

Our apartment was over one of the most used channels by gondoliers. Gondolas passed every few minutes. With the Venetian style in the rooms, we experienced Venice as we desired.
