Even had a binder full of details on how to get back to the apartment, places to go, etc. Even let us check in a couple hours early which was great! Clean room, no complaints at all.

The room has a kettle with coffee and tea and a washbasin. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby. The bathroom is shared, but only for two rooms, very large and spacious. The place we stayed at is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tip for people traveling by bus or train : there is a road around the house that isn't recognized by Goggle maps. You should be looking for train station ve.mestre ospedale. It's much easier to get there by train. It's perfect for people visiting Venice. You can get there by train in 15 minutes.
