Clean when arrived, big apartment, you have aircondition, good bathroom, towels , Bus station for Venice "island" is 2 minute walk 6, 7, 7E, parking is big....have bracerie in front of building for breakfast.

Great location, bus stop in the front of the hotel. Supermarket cross the street, 15 minutes by bus to Venice. Great value for money.

It was so clean and comfortable. Very good price so sad and nice staff. It was nice that the check in was personal and we did not have any problems in that view. I highly recommend this place it looks exactly like the pics👍👍 and they let us leave our luggage there after check out.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station and supermarket. Tidy, clean, peaceful. We are sorry that due to our short stay we could not enjoy using the pool.

A real holiday sanctuary, even better than the photos! We loved our stay here so much we even found ourselves wondering if we *really* wanted to go to Venice ;) It was super easy to catch the bus and/or tram over to Venice though, and we found ourselves exploring Mestre more than anticipated. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful decor and everything we could have ever wanted, including A/C. The pool and garden were so great, especially for the kids. Very impressed and would love to return!
