The apartment itself was just amazing - a good mix of modern facilities in a older characterful building. Everywhere was spotlessley clean and the apartment was unexpectedly serviced daily. The location was just perfect as well - everywhere was easily walkable and we felt very safe walking back there at the end of the night. But that was just the start - the stay was made so special by the two ladies that man the reception - Michaela and Paola. They arranged our transfer from the airport and then met us where our taxi dropped us. They gave us lots of advice on where to go and how to get there and then surprised us with unexpected breakfast treats one morning. We also left our luggage there on our last day as we were on a late flight out.

it is close to all the shopping and historical buildings. I love that everything was walking distance. it is a clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff. I was able to txt them whenever I needed recommendations of places to eat or needed to know where a place is located. I lost my phone and someone found it and turn it into the police. I had left already and couldn’t go back to Italy. one of the staff helped me by going to the station and got my phone, put in box and put label I sent her on the box to mail my phone back to me in the states. They are so helpful and I will for sure be back again. they did more then what was required. so friendly
