nice quiet.was able to get a lot of work done. Wi-Fi seems to be plenty fast. the host goes above and beyond will wash your clothes for free and keeps my room super clean. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels that don’t add up to this place. nice big comfortable rooms nice big balcony super quite never here any street noise. this place is a great value without a doubt you can’t go wrong.

Very kind and helpful lady. She went overboard all the time to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. From arranging cab early in the morning to explaining about all the attractions nearby and how to plan our trip, she was simply awesome. Rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely decorated with ample light and air supply. I would stay her Every time i come to Siem Reap. Thank you 2N residence.

A cosy and beautiful gem of Turkish hospitality in Siem Reap. Located in peaceful surroundings. The room, though the cheapest I managed to find for our dates in town, has its atmosphere and unusual design. Very big and comfy bed with moskito net. Brand new Aircon and small fridge, that freezes very well. A new safe and HOT shower at any time of the day. Nice smell in the room. Awesome view from room 9 on the second floor. Very quite. Fantastic Turkish breakfast for extra 4 USD, included olives and potatoes, that you wouldn't find in town. Fantastic pool with plenty of small stones makes you feel on a little Turkish beach somewhere in Aegean. Stone elephants with water fountains are stunning. Large new sun beds. Perfect cleaning on demand and fast wifi. All service you may need: airport pick-up and drop-off, tours on the same or lower price than in town, organized in one blink of an eye. Very kind and hospitable owner, Ercan, was available on WhatsApp at all times, whatever we asked for , he arranged ASAP. Wifi is fast and stable. There is a friendly cat on the territory. Someone from the staff is always available, so we felt safe at the hotel , enjoyed our 5 nights stay a lot and highly recommend Ercan boutique.

The apartment was sooo spacious with two balcony's, the kitchen had everything you needed and there was even a washing machine and free detergent. The location was great with a fresh fruit and veg market across the road to cook your own food as my partner suffers from celiac disease, so was perfect. It's only a short 20 minute walk down the lovely river bank to the "Main streets" i.e pub street etc. The property was quite hard to find if you have just arrived in Cambodia and don't currently have a SIM card but it's basically above a dentists office and our tuk tuk driver stayed with us and was really helpful with helping us find the place and only after five minutes the property manager came down and showed us the room.
