Situated within 200 metres of Plage du Ruhl and 300 metres of Plage du Centenaire in the centre of Nice, Residence Akantha features accommodation with free WiFi and a kitchenette. The apartment interior is modern, well appointed & had all the facilities we needed. Farida, the accommodation manager' was extremely kind and helpful to us for which we are very grateful. Location was excellent in a bustling tourist area close to the beach. Even so, we found the apartment very quiet particularly at night.

They were a great deal for my family. The owner is an encyclopedia of information about all the amazing places to eat and things to do nearby. He was very helpful. His recommendations ended up being our favorite restaurants that we ate at in France! The rooms were clean and our kids loved the lofted bedroom. The gated parking was awesome too!
