Staff was very polite and friendly- Valentina especially. Location right in the centre of the old city so walkable distance everywhere.

Check in was very easy, flexible and well working. Marina and Giuseppe are very, very friendly hosts. The room including bath was especially clean and lovely decorated. We got a big water bottle in the little fridge, coffee and tea very also very good. They provide you a lot of different well smelling shower gels 😊 Finding a parking space was not that easy but we found one in the next street. You have to walk about 30min to town center but it’s a nice walk and you get to know a bit more about Verona. We definitely recommend this place in Verona, especially when you’re travelling by car. We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.
