They want to help you however they can. The rooms are very clean and my room contained everything I wanted and wished for. The location is in a prime district of Ashrafieh, very safe and very quite.

El Raouche Arjaan se encuentra en pleno centro de Beirut, a 10 minutos a pie de la Universidad Libanesa Americana. The view was fabulous with a modern clean room; the staff (Ruba, Razan, Farid, and Sally) was great, cooperative, and welcoming as well. Location was more than perfect, near to all Beirut sightings.

Located on a quiet street in the Manara district, this hotel is just 200 metres from the Mediterranean seafront promenade. It offers spacious guestrooms with balconies and free private parking. The staff are lovely. The receptionist was really helpful. I accidentally arrived a day earlier than my booking and he adjusted it within seconds :)
