The American University of Beirut is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.... Mr. Ramin is a great professional man. He can fix everything everytime. Room was good, roof cafe was good.

The daily price was very cheap so you can't expect anything very sophisticated. The bathroom tap and shower need renovation but other than that the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is simple but is included in the price, which is great. Good location.
