The apartment is few minutes away from center of Donji Štoj and few minutes ride from beaches. All apartmant is new, with all necessary appliances, WiFi that works great, and parking space in front. A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.
