Mt Vernon is set on 6 hectares in Akaroa, with landscaped gardens and free WiFi. It is located just over a 1-hour drive from Christchurch Airport and offers free private parking on site. The view was amazing. The owners were really friendly and everything was there. I highly recommend this property.

We were four in the family arriving from different destinations. Very comfortable accommodation with good laundry facilities. Very peaceful and within walking distance to Queenstown. All in all very good.

Offering a private balcony overlooking Lake Wanaka and Mount Aspiring National Park, Lakeside Apartments Wanaka are just 3 minutes’ drive from the popular Puzzling World. It was very spacious and well equipped. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were excellent. We had a great meal next door in the Thai restaurant. We were sorry we weren’t staying longer. Super hosts as well.
