Great apartment in the city center, a 5 min walk from all main attractions and restaurants. The apartment was completely new and modern, in a beautiful renovated antique building, and had all necessary amenities. The best part though were the services, at the level of the best hotels! Miguel was the perfect host! always present at the reception or to answer our questions and giving us great recommendations for places/restaurants which he helped us to book! Would definitely recommend, and will stay here when we come back!

Vila Emigrante er staðsett í Capelas, 6,9 km frá Pico do Carvao, og býður upp á sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. The attitude of the staff was exceptional, lots of towels, large refrigerator, wide parking place, quiet place, close to grocery shop and some good restaurants. Due to steep reljef it is better to use car to reach town centre.

Casa da Galeria - Azores Art of Hosting er nýlega uppgert íbúðahótel í Ponta Delgada, 12 km frá Pico do Carvao. The owners themselves picked us up at the airport after the midnight.

The view from your room is spectacular. The breakfast was nice, with a little buffet. The staff was great and eager to help us. You have a little kitchenette in the room and the bathroom is big and well equipped.

Whales Bay Hotel Apartments is located in the town of Capelas, São Miguel within a 10-minute drive from Ponta Delgada. The property is 12 km from the airport and 300 meters from natural pools. Everything was really beyond our expectations. The staff was really helpful, everything was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning was superb as well, they cleaned our apartment every few days like they would for the next person. We had plenty of parking spots too, and the private sauna was truly enjoyable!

Alto do Forte er staðsett í Ponta Delgada, aðeins 16 km frá Pico do Carvao og býður upp á gistirými með aðgangi að útisundlaug, sameiginlegri setustofu og lyftu. We stayed at Alto for one week and it was a great place to stay. We were messaged through whatsapp that our room was ready early which was very nice. When we arrived we were introduced to the facility by a very nice young gentleman called Joel and he provided us with all the information on the facility and also took us to see the room. The room was very nice and very new with a very nice fully equipped kitchen a nice dining/living room area an excellent bathroom and a spacious bedroom. Joel also showed us the gym, spa and outdoor pool which were all very nice and again spotlessly clean. There is also a safe in the room which is nice added feature. We parked the car which takes a bit of care and maneuvering, I actually found it easier to go to the top of the hill turn around and enter the garage coming down the hill but that was just my choice. The hotel is in a good location and maybe a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. breakfast was provide to us and you would submit your order through whatapp the night before and it would get delivered to your room in the morning, there is a good selection on the menu and enough to get you going in the morning and everything was very fresh. They have a maid service and they would come in every day when we were out and freshen the place up which was great, always good to leave a little token of appreciation for the people looking after you. Overall we loved our stay at Alto and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family or stay there again for us in the future. The hotel is great value and kept spotlessly clean.

Set in Ponta Delgada, near São Roque Beach, Milicias Beach and Populo Beach, Aparthotel Barracuda features a shared lounge. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. I enjoyed the sea view, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. the family room was bright and huge. Parking was easy (right in front of the hotel).
