Staff was very helpful and property, family just loved. It give the feeling of being on the holiday and rich :-)....kids jist loved the pool....the main pool though look small but surprisingly good size abd depth for swimming....

Great decor, especially in the VIP suites. The real fireplace was nice, along with the Starbucks in the lobby. The only issue is parking as I couldn’t find a lot of places (although it didn’t affect me, but the small space in the front gets full quickly). Staff very friendly.

Staff behavior was fantastic, especially one Pakistani staff guy, he is very friendly and helpful. They gave us, a studio apartment for the same price, which is very comfortable and relaxing. And, there is a kid's play area inside the hotel, where my kid has played for more than 2 hours and really enjoyed it. I would love to stay there again, it is really value of money.
