There is another balcony on the other side of the door for general use, so basically you can say that all rooms have two balconies : private and general. I stayed in this location for 32 days and didn’t regret it. If will be in this city another time will stop here again. The Tesco Lotus , 7/11 and the restaurants is near by. To the local Day Market you have to go about 2 km.
