The variety of food, as we are from South Africa not knowing Vietnam food. Chef is excellent and friendly never said no to anything we are asking for. Security very well organized from front door to room to lift even for children. We really enjoyed the stay especially the undercover swimming pool for relaxing and cooling off, it was all very well done, thank you we will surely press on your button to visit again. Thank you.

She helped us organise travel, offered free laundry service and even helped us order food when we were struggling because of Tet. We cannot rate hosting highly enough. Thank you! The property itself is to a high standard. Our studio apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. comfy bed, great shower and lovely decor. As others have mentioned lovely coffee shop next door for the morning.

Great breakfast. Definitely a great place to end our trip in Vietnam.

Love the place. The hotel exceeded my expectation. I see it was well taken care of. And the staff were super helpful. I cannot say anything less about the Urban Westlake.

Crean and new with fabulous views of the mountains and national park. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. We hired a motorbike off them and went exploring. Lovely welcoming family. Great to escape the chaos of Hanoi. 100% recommend .
