The property is in a quiet neighbourhood but yet close to everything you need. We where charmed by the building, they have renovated it tastefully but kept pieces of the original details. Our rental was on second floor but accès is easy (stairs are not steep). Lots of space to enjoy, including a little balcony with view on the Fleuve St-Laurent and the city of Quebec. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is big and clean. We wish we had better temperature as we would have walked to ferry, 7 minutes, and crossed over to Old Québec for the evening.

Location was excellent- especially for Winter carnival! The property was roomy enough for 3 it’s one bedroom and a Murphy bed. Nice and warm and clean . Accomodating host. Easy to get in and out.
