Residenz am Zwinger, appartamento a Dresda

Situata di fronte al Palazzo Zwinger e al suo laghetto, questa struttura si trova vicino al teatro Semperoper e ad altre attrazioni storiche di Dresda.

Appartamento luminoso, pulito e ben arredato. L’appartamento che avevamo aveva salotto con divano letto, camera da letto e due bagni. Insonorizzazione quasi perfetta. Si sente pochissimo la strada. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissimo al Centro cittadino. Possibilità di posteggiare a pagamento nel garage sotterraneo della struttura. Per noi diventerà il riferimento quando verremo a Dresda!

The place is large, modern and everything looks brand new. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The location is perfect, literally across the street from many of Dresden's most famous sights and close to plenty of shopping oportunities.

The apartment it very new, with good furnishes and an excellent bathroom. Plus the bed and whole apartment very cozy. There is a nice kitchen with all appliances, so you can cook and so on. The TV is handful when you want spend the night resting and watching some Netflix.

The apartment was extremely spacious (more than in the photos). Location was great - easy to get there from the train station and a short walk to the best sights in the city! We loved how quiet the apartment building was and had plenty of space for myself and four friends traveling together. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was excellent. Netflix on the TV was a bonus to watch some historical documentaries of the area! We would definitely stay again!

    Casa in contesto residenziale curato e silenzioso. Parcheggio nel giardino di fronte alla casa. Appartamento nuovo, caldo con cucina attrezzata. Ottima la cassaforte per ritirare e restituire le chiavi anche fuori gli orari del check-in e check-out. Proprietari molto gentili: ci hanno fatto trovare bottiglia di vino e dolce tipico. A 100 metri fermata bus.

    Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort.. In particolare mio figlio di 3 anni ha trovato giochi preparati per lui in vari angoli della casa . Inoltre la casa è dotata anche di fasciatoio, vasca per bagno neonati , vasino , riduttore, etc La fermata del tram è a poche centinaia di.metri e in 10 minuti si arriva in centro.

    Tutto, la famiglia è molto gentile, cordiale e rispettosa. Al momento di prenotare non avevo capito che si trattasse di un appartamento all’interno di una casa familiare. È stata una bella sorpresa visto anche la cordialità delle persone.

    Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto. Zona vicina allo Zwinger e al quartiere della Altmarkt. Parcheggi per strada quasi sotto casa, al costo di 6€ al giorno. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nei pressi c'è anche un punto della MietOne: scaricare la app e ritirare la bici, comodissimo!
