The communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was immaculate and clean and had everything you need lots of towels regularly changed, great WiFi and brilliant air conditioning. The location is one minute from the beach.

Perfect location, our terrace looked just like the photo. Apartment was bigger than expected, very clean and owners were super helpful and friendly. Loved it and will definitely be back

It is a very nice comfortable hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy and the apartments are cleaned every day. Few minutes to Cala Llonga beach. The hotel takes special care that each guest is happy and they do their best to accommodate special requests. Highly recommended.

The apartment is clean and has a lovely view to the beach! We arrived in ibiza erly and Carlos was very nice to allow us to to check in at 12pm instead of 14pm. Also to ckech out at 12pm instead of 11am! There is a nice pizza restaurant in the front of the building and a few restaurants and bars around. We were here in the end of April and it was more like a local area, not many tourists. Travel to Ibiza city by taxi was around 20 euros. And to airport 25 euros.

The apartment was very clean and is in a central location. The beach is with in walking distance and there are plenty of nice restaurants.

The host Paquita is the kindest person I've ever met, the house is comfortable and close to the beach, provided with all the essentials. You can find a Taxi Station just in front of the apartment, as well as mini markets and primary utility shops.
