The hotel itself is as the name described an Oasis in Ibiza with beautiful sunsets! Very quiet area just into the countryside but still only 5 minutes drive into San Antonio. The pool area is very relaxing and comfortable with plenty of pool beds. The room we booked was decorated tastefully and had a full equipped kitchen which was very handy. The service was honestly the best I have ever received at a hotel and ive stayed in 5 star properties all over the world. Tito the owner, Dani and the rest of the team are incredible. Nothing was ever too much trouble - they have created a very special place and I can't recommend Oasis Sunset apartments enough!

The food was amazing, the quality of the service 10/10 and the whole place was just great to relax in! We came as a group of friends who didn't understand it was a quiet place to stay but the managers and owners still accommodated us! Great destination to stay!

The staff were so helpful and attentive. They stayed up till early hours in the morning to meet us to give us the key and show us around the room. Lovely bar where you can get food. Highly recommend staying here.

Wow! Was so impressed by Palm Star. Walking into reception you get instant Ibiza boho vibes. The downstairs area is beautiful. A lot of attention to detail around the pool area, the DJ during the day makes it the perfect place to sip cocktails in the sun or wind down after a heavy one the night before. The staff were all really lovely. Location is perfect, just outside the busy strip of San Antonio so you’re away from the hustle and bustle but just a far enough walk away that you can still go and enjoy the atmosphere. I rarely stay in hotels more than once as I like trying different places but I would most definitely stay here again.

The property.was spotless. Perhaps the cleanest hotel I've stayed in and I travel a lot. The hotel staff were beyond brilliant. My career is very much based around customer experience and if I could clone Roberto my job would be very easy. He is simply outstanding. His "can do" attitude has rubbed off on all his colleagues and from the outside looking in it appeared to me that every staff member was happy in their job, that is some achievement for the hotel industry and I'm guessing down to leadership of Roberto.
