Great place to stay ,if you can get in with out the dog been on gaurd,took 20 mins to get in side , couldn't get out of the car because of the dog had a long drive to get there I didn't need this ..no one to greet you not even in the morning or any one around only a message to say what to do not exactly perfect Ridiculous..

What an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, the grounds were amazing and the hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! They made us breakfast in the morning for an additional €10 which was definitely worth it. It’s so picturesque! Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!

As advertised, the apartment had a wonderful kitchen with a washer/dryer. The town square was a 5 min walk where there was a great bakery. ALDI's grocery store was a 10 min walk. Also a 10 min walk was the Roger Lapebie bike path where you can rent an electric bike and bike into Bordeaux (1 1/2 hour ride one way). The private parking was also very much appreciated. Bruno, our host, made sure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was all that we expected.

Cassandra was the perfect host. Friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The apartment is an annex off the main house in the beautiful town of Baron. If you are looking traditional rural France this is for you. They even had chickens in the garden and gave us a box on arrival. It’s about 20km from Bordeaux in a peaceful town surrounded by wineries and chateaus. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anybody.
