Host Matthieu was very keen to give us tips on where to go and what to see. His English is perfect (British father) and he even gave us a bottle of wine to try. He has refurbished an apparently very old house into a couple of very nice guest apartments. Our upstairs bedroom was beautifully decorated in Mexican style. We had full and private use of a kitchen downstairs with a large fridge and a separate freezer, condiments, cooker, microwave, coffee machine etc. The location is in a tiny mountain village and a bit hard to find but a simple telephone call brought Matthieu running to the parking lot to guide us. Friendly inhabitants all said 'bonjour' on passing by. Just the nice quiet atmosphere we like!
