Bernie house is located in a quiet rural setting outside the main city in Naxos. stepping out the front door in the morning I was surrounded by Olive trees vineyards and a view to the neighbouring village. This is a wonderful place for a small group or family to enjoy the Naxos country side. The unit was clean and fully equipped for self catering, or the village of melanges is only 3 km away with very well rated restaurants. A great base to see the island, or just relax and enjoy.

The location is fantastic. Eggares is a non touristic village of Naxos in which we could avoid noisy chora and the crowded places. The host Katerina is very kind and helpful. Smaragdi is a traditional house, ideal for families and not so far from Chora and the beaches by car. Naxos is a beatiful island and Smaragdi is a great place to stay and relax.
