The communication before arrival was very good (early check In was no problem!), there was a warm welcome by Maria & Haris, a great room with all ammenities you need, the room and the pool area offer a very good and high standard. haris has a lot of tipps where to go and send me a information for a great esaster event - and also updatetd me due to the windy weather! Event close to the airport it was very quiet and as you are in the "centre of the island" you are close to one of the main roads to south and north = close to all cities and viewpoints. Thank you again for your hospitality and the little present

We chose to stay at the studio kocis on our last day in Santorini since we had an early flight in the morning and it was close to the airport. The hotel was nice, cool, and clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was the best! Our host was very friendly, helped us get food delivered and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning.if we stayed longer it would have been nice to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the area more. The facilities in the room were great. Had a nice fridge, coffe/tea station and beautiful bathroom. This family owned villa has so much potential!

Everything is absolutely perfect. The house exudes coziness and cleanliness, providing you with all the essentials to create a genuine home-away-from-home experience. Located just a stone's throw away from the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, convenience is at your doorstep. However, the pinnacle of this exquisite setting lies on the balcony of Rodothea and Adams by the beach, offering an unparalleled panoramic view of the mesmerizing sunset. The property was lovely, minimalistic and clean. The grounds/outside are well kept and considering the location being close to the airport - we barely heard/noticed the planes. A fantastic stay for us and the staff could not have been more helpful!

Beautiful place to live with comfortable beds. The host was a super friendly lady. My kids enjoyed the pool. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Location was perfect for us, near to the beach. We just loved our stay and would love to book it again :)

Номер був просторий, з гарним балконом, все дуже чисте та зручне. Номер прибирався, постiль та рушники постiйно мiнялись. Надзвичайно щирi та привiтнi господарi, дуже були корисними в цiй мандрiвцi. Залишились найкращi спогади. Мiсце для поцiновувачiв спокою та тишi. Сам острiв дуже живописний та цiкавий.
