The hosts were great, greeted us even at the late time we arrived and asked us about our trip and where we've been and where we're going and gave us some helpful tips (only host we had that did that) they upgraded us to a better room and we had some frozen food with us that we couldn't cook and the hosts went above and beyond and cooked the food for us! We were delighted by their hospitality. The room was great, Its location was far and quite remote but that just made it even more enjoyable for us as it was in a prime location to watch the northern lights If you're planning to stay in Egilsstaðir this is the place for you

Wow!! Everything was perfect!!! This is a big house, clean, neat, well equipped with everything you need, the hosts was super nice and friendly, highly recommend!!!!

All the dogs! The host was incredibly friendly. Also, for a reasonable price they washed and dried all of our laundry while we were at Vök Baths which was wonderful since it was almost the halfway point on our trip!

Amazing apartment, clean, spacious. Fully stocked kitchen even with a spice cabinet. Full laundry set. Close to grocery store. The owner thought about everything.

The guesthouse was our favourite in Iceland (out of 10 accomodations). The room was large and quiet, and the kitchen was very well furnished. Everything was extremely clean. The guesthouse is situated just outside of Egillstadir, and it was a very convenient place to sleep while travelling towards Höfn. I can recommend this place to anyone, and I would surely rebook it.
