Check in was easy. I liked that there was a lock box and the pictures to describe where to park and how to get in. Free parking was a bonus. Outstanding views, especially up on the second level. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have a market so close. Very light and bright and clean. Much quieter side of the lake despite the road. Good walking paths in both directions.

Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.

Close from the ferry station , so you can book a ticket and go to beillago and everywhere. Special thanks for sheryl for welcoming us and helping us for anything we asked for . The location is great, 5 minute walk from villa Carlotta, there’s also several ferry stations around. You can easily travel to more touristy locations like Belaggio while not having crowds of tourists around your stay. The place has everything you need: iron, washing machine, refrigerator, extra pillows etc. Collecting the keys was also really easy.
